Nominees for the 3 recurring positions up for re-election are required to be either a staff member or volunteer of a paid member credit union.

Volunteer Of The Year Award
The National Council of Firefighter Credit Unions Inc. (NCOFCU) will honor a volunteer whose outstanding contributions to a credit union and to the movement make him or her the proud recipient of the, NCOFCU Volunteer of the Year Award. This is a terrific way to honor a volunteer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in your credit union. Any credit union Volunteer or CEO may nominate a candidate. Simply explain why the nominee deserves to be recognized as Volunteer of the Year. The winner will receive free registration to the next NCOFCU Annual Meeting & Conference. Nominees must be present at the convention in October to win. For more about the convention, go to www.ncofcu.org. Lifetime Achievement Award
The National Council of Firefighter Credit Unions Inc. (NCOFCU) offers Conference Scholarships to credit unions wishing to apply for assistance to offset the cost of sending a representative from their credit union to the conference.
All decisions will be made in confidence by a committee of the board based on need and the availability of funds.
By offering these educational conference scholarships, NCOFCU will be moving towards their vision to educate, create and maintain a climate of safety, soundness, innovation and unity among firefighter credit unions.
