Meet the Host

Grant Sheehan, Founder and Executive Director/CEO of NCOFCU
In founding the National Council of Firefighter Credit Unions (NCFCU), my vision was to create a dedicated resource for first responders, particularly firefighters, to enhance their financial literacy and empower them in managing credit unions effectively. Having served as both a firefighter and a credit union advocate, I recognized the unique challenges that our brave heroes face. The primary aim of the NCFCU is to educate first responder volunteers and staff about the essential financial tools and strategies necessary for successful credit union management.
